Beginners Straw Work for Christmas

In this workshop you will learn a few straw working techniques that we can use to make at least 3 Christmas decorations. This workshops is suitable for absolute beginners to straw work or those who need to brush up on some basic skills. 

You can use your own materials or order a materials pack which will come with everything needed for at least 4 decorations (UK Delivery only).

Materials required:

Florist wire 18 guage, 15cm in length
Strong Thread
Scissors
Measuring Tape/Ruler
12cm length of 4cm wide ribbon for angel wings
50cm Cord for hangers
25cm paper covered wire for heart hanger (optional)
1cm wide Ribbon for decoration
Glue gun and glue sticks or glue gel (optional)
30-35 fine/medium straws, dampened
Notebook and pencil

You can try to work along with me, or you can just watch and enjoy and after the workshop you will receive a recording of the workshop for you to play back while you make your piece
