Online orders are processed by WooCommerce and payments are made via PayPal where you have the option to pay with a PayPal account or your credit/debit card. You will receive email confirmation after placing your order.

Postage
All our orders are delivered by Royal Mail. In the UK we send by standard First Class.

Postage will be calculated based on the most expensive item in your order.

We also offer local pickup from our workshop in Aberdeenshire. Please select this option at checkout and we can discuss a good time to collect.

Delivery

As each item is individually made for you, estimated UK delivery time is usually 7 – 10 days.

Packaging

We use recycled packaging whenever possible which keeps down our postage costs and is good for the environment.
