SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information
At Something Corny, we offer UK-only shipping. Please contact us directly to discuss
international orders.


Packaging
We care for the environment and as such use recycled packaging whenever possible.


Shipping Rates
Orders are usually sent by Royal Mail 2nd class unless otherwise requested
Postage will be calculated based on the most expensive item in your order.
We also offer local pickup from our workshop in Aberdeenshire. Please select this option
at checkout and we can discuss a good time to collect.

Order Processing:
• All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Times:
• As each item is individually made for you, estimated UK delivery time is
usually 7 – 10 days but may be longer depending on each order. Please
contact us directly for rush orders by email elaine@somethingcorny.co.uk
• Delivery times are estimates and can be subject to delays, particularly during busy
periods or holidays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not
satisfied, we offer a simple returns process for UK customers.


Return Eligibility
• You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• We do not accept returns on personalised or custom-made items unless faulty.


How to Return
Contact Us: Email us at elaine@somethingcorny.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your
order to request a return.
Return Authorisation: We will provide you with a returns authorisation and instructions on
how to send your item back.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is
faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return to
ensure it arrives safely.


Refunds
• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the
credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
• If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at
elaine@somethingcorny.co.uk with a photo of the item and packaging.
• We will reimburse you for the return postage and send you a replacement or
process a full refund, depending on your preference.


Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please
return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website.
