I’m a Return and Refund policy. I’m a great place to let your customers know what to do in case they are dissatisfied with their purchase. Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.

All our orders are delivered by Royal Mail. In the UK we send by standard First Class.

We are no longer providing international shipping in our online store due to exorbitant postage costs and delivery complications. Please contact us directly to discuss international orders.

Postage will be calculated based on the most expensive item in your order.

We also offer local pickup from our workshop in Aberdeenshire. Please select this option at checkout and we can discuss a good time to collect.

Delivery

As each item is individually made for you, estimated UK delivery time is usually 7 – 10 days but may be longer depending on each order. Please contact us directly for rush orders.

We care for the environment and as such use recycled packaging whenever possible.
