In this kit you will have enough materials to make two of these lovely hearts.  Although I have called them Christmas Hearts, I think they could be in your home all year round.  The step by step illustrated instructions will take you through the process of using a traditional straw working  technique to form the heart and then show you how to finish and decorate the piece. Included in the kit are dried fruits, cinnamon and star anise for decoration.   You will need to provide a pair of scissors, a large eyed needle (I use a darning needle) and some glue (if you don't have glue, I have included some fine wire for you to use to attach the star anise to your finished piece), everything else is included.
 
The finished piece is 25cm long and 12cm wide
